How do I make a detailed input?

To be able to record different entries within a reporting year, there is the detailed input function.

First, navigate to the "Emission Calculation" module and select "GHG Emissions". Then, choose your desired footprint and look for the emission field you want to edit.

If, for example, you want to enter your glass waste on a monthly or quarterly basis, click on the "Detailed input" field marked below.

Initially, only one row will be shown, which corresponds to your overarching reporting period, e.g., an entire year. Additional rows can be added by clicking on "+ Row". Here, you can individually adjust consolidation periods and add values. If you want to enter data on a monthly basis, you can also click on "Add entry for every month", which will automatically generate twelve rows. Additionally, individual supporting documents can be uploaded in file format for each row.

To save the entry in a new row, click outside the row once so that the "Save" button appears in the top right corner. Multiple rows can be edited at the same time before clicking "Save".

You also have the option to switch between normal data entry and the YTD (year-to-date) method. To do this, select the corresponding field in the top left corner. The standard data entry method adds up individual values, while the YTD method considers only the most recently entered value.

In the previous view, only the cumulative amount is displayed, but you can make adjustments in the detailed input at any time.
