The Emissions Dashboard provides a clear and visual representation of your emissions.
You can find the Emissions Dashboard as the third tab under Reporting > Dashboard > Emissions. Various visualizations are displayed in the form of charts. For example, you can see a pie chart showing your total emissions broken down by Scope 1, 2, and 3. The total amount of emissions is shown in the center of the chart, and the specific values for each of the three scopes appear when you hover your mouse over the corresponding section.
A dropdown menu next to the chart allows you to select which Scope 2 emissions you want to display.
The option “Actual Scope 2 emissions” refers only to Scope 2 emission fields that were actually included in the calculation.
In contrast, the location-based and market-based methods only consider the fields explicitly assigned to the respective method.
On the right-hand side, another pie chart shows a breakdown of Scope emissions by individualcategories. You can switch between the three scopes using the dropdown menu. Again, specific values for each category appear when hovering your mouse over the specific section of the chart.
Below the two pie charts, there is a bar chart comparing Scope emissions across different entities. By default, the values of the entities directly below the activated one are displayed. A dropdown menu also allows you to filter for individual entities. Important: Even in aggregated mode, only data that has actually been entered in the specific entity is displayed, there is no automatic aggregation of lower-level data at the superior entity.
On the right-hand side, there is a timeline chart showing emissions over time. Important to note: If your reporting periods are set up in quarters, and you're, for example, viewing data in Q1, the system will compare the current Q1 data with Q1 data from previous years. Only identical types of periods are compared, such as full years.
Please note: Emission values based on PCF data are not displayed yet, but will be available in a future update
