      How do I register as an Envoria Key User?

      Follow these steps to register as an Envoria Key User for the Envoria software:

      1. Open or request the invitation
        Use the invitation from your personal Envoria contact to begin the registration process. If you have not received an invitation, please reach out directly to your contact.

      2. Fill out the registration form
        Open the link in the invitation and complete all required fields in the registration form.

      3. Submit the application
        Submit the form to apply for Key User registration.

      4. Wait for review
        Envoria will verify if your company is registered as a customer or partner in the system.

      5. Receive notification

        • Successful review: You will be registered as a Key User and receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
        • Rejection: You will receive an email asking you to verify your information or to contact us directly for assistance.

      ⚠️ Important

      There are different registration forms depending on:

      • The use of ESG and/or finance software modules
      • Whether you are a customer or partner
      • The chosen language

      Please use the correct form to avoid delays. If you are a partner and need the customer registration link to forward to your clients, please contact your Envoria representative directly.
