Prerequisite for Registration
In order to register for the Ticketing System, you must have successfully registered as a Key User and received a confirmation email.
⚠️ Important: The Key User registration does not automatically include registration for the Ticketing Portal. You will need to register separately for this.
Have you received a rejection email?
If your registration was rejected, please contact your personal Envoria representative, who will be happy to assist you and help resolve the issue.
Normal Registration Process
- Automatic invitation
After successful Key User registration, you will automatically receive an invitation to register for the Ticketing System, if you are eligible for access. Access is granted to Key Users from partner companies as well as Key Users from customer companies after successful software implementation by Envoria. The Ticketing System is currently not available for users of Envoria's finance modules. - Access to both systems with one account

What to do if you don’t receive a system-generated email?
If you did not receive an automated email from our system after registration, please follow these steps:

Open the ticketing registration link
Open the following link to the Ticketing registration page: https://support.envoria.com/_hcms/mem/register -
Register for the Ticketing System
Create an account for the Envoria Ticketing System by setting a password. Ensure you use the same email address as the one used for the Key User registration.💡 Good to know: These login details will also be used to sign in to the extended Knowledge Hub.

Log in via the regular support page
After successful registration, you can log in with your new password on the regular Ticketing System login page: https://support.envoria.com.
Login issues?
If you have already registered but cannot log in, try the following steps:

Log in with your email and password
Try logging in here with your email address and password: https://support.envoria.com/_hcms/mem/login. -
Forgot password?
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot password?" on the login page to reset it. -
Log in after password reset
Once you’ve reset your password, go back to the link above and log in again.
Alternative solution
If the above steps do not work and you are authorized to use the Ticketing System, please try the following workaround:

Go to the Knowledge Hub
Visit the following URL: https://info.envoria.com. -
Log in to the Knowledge Hub
If you already have an account for the Envoria Knowledge Hub or the Ticketing System, log in via the “Sign In” button at the top right of the page.If you don’t have an account for the Knowledge Hub or Ticketing System yet, go to: https://info.envoria.com/_hcms/mem/register and create an account for the Knowledge Hub by setting a password. Make sure to use the same email address as in your Key User registration. Then, proceed with the two steps mentioned above.

Navigate to the Ticketing System
After successfully logging into the Knowledge Hub with your (new) credentials, click the "Customer Portal" button in the menu to access the Ticketing System.
