Update 04.03.2025
- Extended aggregation options: Introduction of various aggregation types for fields to allow a more flexible and precise data analysis.
- 'Not applicable' option for data fields: If no information can be provided for material KPIs, these fields or cells can be marked as not applicable. In accordance with the 'comply of explain' approach, a justification must be provided in this case.
- Ability to assign users to a group: Enhanced user assignment. Now you are able to assign users to groups with one click (before: only assignment of groups to users). This will help you to deal with complex roles.
- Copy fields: Option to copy fields to simplify your workflow.
- Update of EU Taxonomy results tables: Update of tables according to regulation.
Update 10.01.2025
- ESRS report template: Are you using the report editor? We now have a report template to help you create your first ESRS report.
- Redesigned DMA assessment: The redesign of this feature allows you to effectively work on your DMA assessment while maintaining all necessary documentation for your auditors.
- Major ESRS content update: Our latest ESRS content update ensures alignment with regulatory requirements (esp. EFRAG data points list).
- Enhancements for emission factor validity: The new update allows you to maintain emission factors per period without needing a new calculation or template. Simply change the factor in the period you want to change, and it will be reflected only prospectively, not changing any past data.
Update 12.12.2024
- Status dashboard: All new status dashboard to track your progress on KPI collection and identify data/information gaps for your entities. (See explanation video)
- Attachment area: This is an all-new attachment area designed to better structure your documents in Envoria. You can see all documents by organization. (See explanation video)
- ESRS for VSME: Preset for ESRS for VSMEs. Are you an SME who wants to prepare for ESRS on a smaller scope? Check this out!
- Software languages: The software now exists in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Polish and Czech. Further languages are under development. Important: The software language differs from the content language (e.g. ESRS). Content is currently available in German and English.
Update 07.11.2024
- Improvements of group fields: Simplify your complex reporting structures by marking fields as “group fields”. Apply them on any level you need and restrict data entry for levels below. Through this function, you can easily implement, e.g., sub-group information.
- Auditor export: Generate a pre-defined export for your auditor in Excel or PDF. Extract all data from the software with one click for direct forwarding to the auditor.
- Improvements of tables: Use further improvements for table fields, including the option to copy rows (including potential formulas) and the option to highlight rows/columns.
- Only-aggregation entities: Mark entities as “only aggregation,” allowing you to view aggregated data only on these levels without impacting the status or your KPI collection.
- Status improvements: Utilize further status improvements, including the option to consider group fields and scoped-out fields.
- EU Taxonomy Activity 7.7: Make use of new logic to help you evaluate economic activity 7.7.
- New notification concept: Improve your company's workflows with the updated notification concept.
Update 31.10.2024
- Report Editor: Create your entire workflow in a revision-secure way within Envoria. The new report editor enables you to create sustainability reports – for different companies and reporting periods – directly from the software.

Update 05.10.2024
- Usability: We have made various usability adjustments at different points in the software. You might not recognize them at first glance, but they will definitely have a crucial impact on your daily work.
- Updated emission template: We have refined our emission template. It is automatically imported to all customer instances and can be selected immediately. Additional guidelines for use can be found directly in the template!
- ESRS update: Use the updated ESRS data points and optimized fields within the ESG Reporting module to improve and simplify your ESRS-compliant reporting. This will keep you up to date for your upcoming ESEF tagging.
- Automated linking: The new link between the Emissions Management module and the ESRS is the most efficient way to collect data for emissions directly linked to your ESRS module — no more duplication of work.
- Enhanced table function: Use tables to organize your data collection clearly and efficiently and design them according to reporting requirements. Use our new table extension to keep your data organized!
- Updated dashboard: Improve your dashboard with visual enhancements and set default dashboards for all business units.
- Time-dependent company hierarchies: Maintain your company structures according to the reporting year and adjust them in an audit-proof manner and without complex migration.
- New templates for calculating emissions: Use our new templates for calculating emissions in the Emissions Management module. These have been designed in direct alignment with the GHG Protocol.
- Ecoinvent connection: Do you want to use Ecoinvent? We can now provide the emission factors via a new interface. Please note that this may incur an additional charge.
