What is an Envoria Key User?

An Envoria Key User is the primary contact for managing and utilizing the Envoria software within a company. Key Users can come from customer or partner companies and act as administrators for their organization.

Responsibilities of a Key User:

  • Managing the Envoria software within the company
  • Assigning user permissions and configuring settings
  • Serving as the internal point of contact for software-related inquiries
  • Communicating with Envoria Support for technical or content-related questions

Registration and Support:

Key Users are designated by their respective companies, and multiple Key Users can be assigned per organization. As a Key User, you gain access to extended support resources:

  • Advanced Knowledge Hub with exclusive administrator content
  • Ticketing system for direct support requests

Notes on the Ticketing System:

  • The ticketing system is currently available only to customers and partner companies using the ESG software modules.
  • For customer companies, Key Users typically gain access to this feature after the successful implementation of the software.
