Responsibilities of a Key User:
- Managing the Envoria software within the company
- Assigning user permissions and configuring settings
- Serving as the internal point of contact for software-related inquiries
- Communicating with Envoria Support for technical or content-related questions
Registration and Support:
Key Users are designated by their respective companies, and multiple Key Users can be assigned per organization. As a Key User, you gain access to extended support resources:
- Advanced Knowledge Hub with exclusive administrator content
- Ticketing system for direct support requests
Notes on the Ticketing System:
- The ticketing system is currently available only to customers and partner companies using the ESG software modules.
- For customer companies, Key Users typically gain access to this feature after the successful implementation of the software.
