How do I register as an Envoria Key User for the extended Knowledge Hub?

Prerequisite for registration

To register in the Knowledge Hub, you must first register as a Key User and receive a confirmation email.

⚠️ Important:

  • The Key User registration does not automatically include registration for the Knowledge Hub. You must register separately for it.
  • Depending on your status (Partner/Customer or ESG/Finance Modules), you will also see different content after registering in the Knowledge Hub.

Have you received a rejection email?
If your registration was rejected, please contact your personal Envoria representative, who will be happy to assist you and help resolve the issue.

Standard registration process

  • Automatic invitation
    After successful registration as a Key User, you will automatically receive an invitation from our system to register for the Knowledge Hub.
  • Access to both systems with one account
    Access to the Knowledge Hub and the Ticketing System (if you are enabled for it) is granted through the same account.

What if I didn't receive the system-generated email?

If you did not receive an automated email from our system after registering, please follow these steps:

  1. Access the Knowledge Hub registration link
    Open the following link to register for the Knowledge Hub: https://info.envoria.com/_hcms/mem/register

  2. Register for the Knowledge Hub
    Create an account for the Envoria Knowledge Hub by setting a password. Be sure to use the same email address that you used for the Key User registration.

    💡 Good to know: These login credentials also apply to the Ticketing System, if you are enabled for it.

  3. Log into the Knowledge Hub
    After successful registration, you can log into the Knowledge Hub with your new password: https://info.envoria.com.


Problem logging In?

If you have already registered but cannot log in, please try the following steps:

  1. Log in with your email and password
    Try logging in here with your email address and password: https://info.envoria.com/_hcms/mem/login.

  2. Forgot your password?
    If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot password?" on the login page and reset your password.

  3. Log in again after resetting your password
    After resetting your password, go back to the link above and log in again.
